Schedule an AppointmentI believe that cost should not be a barrier to accessing quality mental health care. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for individuals whose financial circumstances require a reduced rate. Please reach out to discuss whether a sliding scale arrangement may be available for you.

Good Faith Estimate (United States Clients)
Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to give patients who don't have insurance — or who are not using insurance — an estimate of the expected charges for services. This is called a "Good Faith Estimate."
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs such as medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your service. You can also ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call the No Surprises Help Desk at 1-800-985-3059.
Frequently asked
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently an out-of-network provider. Depending on your plan, you may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurance company for sessions. I can provide a superbill to support out-of-network claims.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong therapeutic relationship. As progress is made, we can discuss moving to bi-weekly or less frequent meetings.
Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions via a HIPAA-compliant video platform for clients located in [State]. In-person sessions are also available by appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
